In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Define and drive product vision, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs to maximize business value and accelerate delivery of high-impact digital solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, reliable products that support operational excellence and customer success.
  • Enable seamless integration across OEM systems, service tools, and data platforms to create connected user experiences.
  • Establish clear product goals, metrics, and outcomes that drive continuous improvement and measurable business results.
  • Facilitate effective planning and execution activities, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering customer-centered solutions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Qualifications

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:
  • Own and manage the PrevenTech product backlog, translating business strategy into prioritized features, user stories, defects, and enablers that deliver measurable customer value.
  • Leverage Lean Agile and SAFe methodologies to support Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Apply Behavior Driven Development (BDD), user story elaboration, and acceptance criteria management to improve development efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Data Science, System Architecture, and CARE teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions that enhance uptime, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, market trends, and user feedback to shape product roadmaps and drive customer-centric innovation.
  • Utilize Program Backlog Management, Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize work and optimize business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of Agile systems thinking by balancing technical enablers, business objectives, and long-term product sustainability.
  • Enable successful integrations across OEM platforms, service tools, and data ecosystems while maintaining scalable and intuitive user experiences.
  • Preferred experience serving as a Product Owner within an Agile environment and delivering software or digital product solutions.
  • Preferred ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage competing priorities, and build consensus without direct authority.
