Job Duties:- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
- Support the development and execution of strategy, analysis, and solution roadmaps to streamline operations and drive enterprise-wide efficiency gains.
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams to gather requirements, shape digital transformation initiatives, and support the launch of innovative business models.
- Architect, design, and deploy advanced digital solutions, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate tools, templates, and tracking mechanisms to optimize project planning, organization, and coordination at scale.
- Create and deliver training materials and documentation to accelerate the adoption of new digital solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee data collection, advanced analytics, and reporting to measure and communicate the impact of digital and strategic initiatives.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices across the organization.
- Provide strategic support to worldwide Finance and business teams, ensuring the timely completion of high-impact tasks and projects.
- Assess and enhance the organization's technology landscape, recommending and implementing improvements, including cloud migration, automation, and system upgrades.
- Develop, interpret, and communicate organizational goals, policies, and procedures to align teams and drive strategic objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of advances in technology, evaluating and piloting new tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Direct daily operations of the department, optimizing workflow, setting priorities, developing standards, and ensuring timely delivery against deadlines.
- Facilitate collaboration with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve complex challenges.
- Review and oversee project plans, ensuring effective coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead, assign, and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other technology professionals, fostering high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate post-acquisition M&A integration for the organization, ensuring smooth consolidation of financial systems, processes, and reporting across acquired entities.
- Drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption initiatives within the organization, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization through AI technologies.
- May telecommute.
- Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Advanced analytics using Python, R, SQL, and Tableau
- Enterprise systems architecture and integration, including ERP, EPM, CRM, or Financial Systems Interoperability
- Process reengineering using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, and Jira
- Financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Business strategy development, competitive and market analysis using PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau and market intelligence tools, including Gartner, IDC, or Pitchbook, and benchmarking and competitive analysis frameworks
- Finance systems and Quote-To-Cash process
- Digital transformation strategy and multi-year systems roadmap development
- Change management, training and adoption enablement
- Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
The annual salary range for California is $239,200 to $259,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
