The Growth Operations Leader role is to ensure the efficient execution of the various functions within the Growth team, including growth hacking/experiments, vetting business outcomes (and business plans), spearheading the business model evolution and to manage the group of data analysts and scientists.

Apply principles and practices typically associated with quality engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering functions and coordinates with other support disciplines or core functions as required.
The individual will perform technical analysis that leads to the collection of information that addresses intelligence gaps. They will lead collaboration with other organizations to assess target relevanc, priority, vulnerabilities, and access.
The Analyst conducts organized analytical assessments and evaluations to understand and / or evaluate complex issues to inform decision making, policy development, system development, management, or administration of client processes.
Drive deployment of new features or systems and the retirement of old ones, overcoming inertial resistance to change from customers and employees, in order to simplify product development and operations and increase velocity.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely manner, including large, complex projects. Excellent analytical skills, high level of statistics with the ability to identify and predict trends and anomalies.
