The CRM Database Analyst contributes to Ultas business strategy through the use of innovative analytic approaches and influences business decisions made within multiple internal groups at Ulta including senior leadership.
The Marketing Operations Analyst will be an individual contributor who will serve as an expert resource on DASH, CMS and Adcore systems. The Marketing Operations Analyst will partner with both the business and technical teams to innovate and deliver new characteristics and enhancements for existing sales campaigns. This position focuses on the overall execution, delivery methodology, development, testing and support of telemarketing and sales campaigns that drive principal revenue for the business.
The marketing operations data analyst is responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting on marketing account and contact data records, along with quality assurance. This role is tactically focused on assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the Marketing Automation Platform ( MAP) and sales force automation (SFA) system.
