As a
Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join an innovative technology team dedicated to building, optimizing, and automating cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery pipelines. In this role, you will leverage enterprise-approved AI tools and modern automation frameworks to streamline delivery processes, enhance system reliability, and improve overall operational efficiency across cloud environments.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve software delivery processes
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure system security, compliance, and vulnerability management across environments
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Manage source control, branching strategies, and deployment workflows
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions
- Continuously improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related software engineering roles
- 3+ years of strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable)
- 2+ years of proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- 2+ years of experience with strong scripting skills in Python, or similar languages
- 2+ years of knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and security best practices
Preferred Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
- Experience utilizing enterprise-approved AI tools to augment workflows and solution engineering
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
