Full Job Description
About the role

Reporting to the VP Marketing, this is a newly created role where you'll own and scale ABM efforts to break into top enterprise accounts across channels.

You'll own Stream's account based marketing motion: the strategy, the campaigns, and the pipeline they produce. Working side by side with sales, you'll design creative, personalized plays that open doors at our top target accounts and accelerate the deals already in motion. Some weeks that look like a tightly orchestrated LinkedIn and email sequence for a single buying committee. Other weeks it's a dinner for eight benefits leaders, a piece of direct mail nobody throws away, or an idea we haven't thought of yet.

You'll own the number for this motion. When target accounts are engaging, you'll know why and double down. When they're quiet, you'll diagnose what's behind it and recommend the change in approach. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner.

This is a builder role. Our account tiers, CRM foundation, and buying committee data are taking shape right now, and you'll shape what comes next: the plays, the measurement, and the systems that let us personalize at scale.

What you'll do
  • Own the enterprise ABM strategy and pipeline contribution for Stream's top target accounts, in close partnership with sales leadership
  • Design and run 1:1 and 1:few campaigns across LinkedIn, email, direct mail, gifting, field experiences, and more, tailored to each account's context
  • Map buying committees at Fortune 500 employers and build multi-stakeholder engagement plans across HR, payroll, benefits, and finance leaders
  • Partner with sales on account selection, tiering, and timing, and run a regular cadence to review engagement signals and coordinate outreach
  • Work with event marketing to plan high-touch moments for executive buyers, from intimate dinners and roundtables to hospitality experiences worth clearing a calendar for
  • Work with partner marketing to fold our payroll and HCM partner ecosystem into account plays, using tech stack intelligence to sharpen targeting
  • Use AI tools throughout your workflow: account research, personalization at scale, creative development, and signal analysis
  • Define what success looks like at the account level, track engagement and progression, and report results to marketing and sales leadership
  • Test, learn, and codify winning plays into the ABM playbook Stream will scale as the team grows

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, including hands-on ownership of 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns across channels like paid media, email, direct mail, and events
  • Experience generating pipeline for a sales organization: you've owned a number, built programs to hit it, and can speak to how your work created revenue opportunities
  • A track record of working directly with enterprise sales teams as a true strategic partner
  • Builder instincts: you're comfortable starting scrappy with spreadsheets and manual plays, making progress with the tools in front of you, and systematizing what works
  • Strong AI fluency: you actively use AI tools in your marketing workflow and have a point of view on how AI changes the ABM playbook
  • Creative instincts: you come up with campaign ideas that make busy executives look up
  • Comfort with data: you use account engagement and pipeline performance to make decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot a plus)

It's a plus if you have
  • Experience marketing to HR, payroll, benefits, or finance buyers
  • Time at a high-growth B2B company building its enterprise go-to-market motion or establishing a new category
  • Familiarity with ABM and data enrichment platforms
  • Experience with account-level measurement: engagement scoring, buying committee coverage, and pipeline attribution

What success looks like:

3 months: Get embedded in the sales motion, the target account list, and the enterprise buyer journey. Audit the current state of the ABM foundation: account tiers, buying committee coverage, data enrichment, tech stack intelligence, and the platform evaluation, and build relationships with your key cross-functional partners across sales, paid media, HubSpot and attribution, partner marketing, events, and content. Pressure test the top account list and bring your own point of view on tiers and entry points. Launch your first 1:few campaign connecting LinkedIn, email, and personalized landing experiences, and stand up 1:1 pilot plays for a handful of top accounts designed jointly with the account owners. Establish the working cadence with sales: engagement signal reviews, play progress, and coordinated outreach timing. By the end of month three, you have a documented tiered engagement model, a v1 playbook, and a prioritized roadmap for the next two quarters.

6 months: Own the ABM engine and the account-level performance story. 1:1 and 1:few campaigns are running against every tier with clear benchmarks, and your first high-touch plays have landed: executive dinners, roundtables, or hospitality moments anchored to marquee events like FinWell and Gartner ReimagineHR. Engagement scoring is trusted on both sides of the marketing and sales relationship, attribution is wired into HubSpot, and influenced pipeline is reported monthly to leadership. Partner and tech stack intelligence shapes every play, direct mail and gifting are in the mix, and AI-assisted research and personalization are part of how you operate. Sales can name meetings and opportunities that exist because of your work.

12 months: Stream's enterprise ABM motion is unrecognizable from where it started. You've built a repeatable, measurable system that consistently opens doors at the largest employers in the country, and you can trace closed-won revenue back to plays you designed. You're the source of truth on target account engagement, and sales pulls you into account planning early because your read on buying committees changes their approach. You've identified which plays scale for Stream's market and doubled down, codified the playbook so it grows with the team, and built the case for the tooling, budget, and hires the motion needs next. Leadership considers ABM one of the most productive pipeline sources in the business.

Location: This is a full-time role based in our New York City office (hybrid, three days per week).

Salary: The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000, plus equity and benefits.

Benefits:

- 15 Days vacation in addition to federal holidays, as well as flexible time off allowances for any ad-hoc childcare/family/caring needs

- 12 weeks paid Maternity Leave and 2 weeks paid Paternity Leave for employees with over 12 months service

- Health, dental and vision benefits (a number of these benefits are paid in full for the employee)

- Swanky equipment - from the latest Apple MacBooks to 34" monitor delivered to your home office.

- We want to invest in you financially, so we have a 401K program

And of course, the best benefit of all, access to Stream!
