Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Manager that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Tax Forms and strategic E-commerce retail support partners. This position will explore, drive, and execute new strategic revenue growth and partnership opportunities.

-Support the day-to-day operations of the Tax Forms business, ensuring operational efficiency and execution excellence.
-Assist with contract management activities, including contract reviews, amendments, updates, and escalation of complex negotiations as needed.
-Prepare operational reporting, analyze business data, and provide insights to support program optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
Partner with the broader E-commerce organization on key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and strategic business priorities.
Support the day-to-day operations of strategic vendors that support our E-commerce and Retail Operations, ensuring operational efficiency and execution excellence.
-Support customer issue resolution efforts, ensuring timely escalation and management of high-impact concerns.
-Identify and support strategic growth opportunities to enhance business performance and customer experience.
Coordinate and facilitate virtual Microsoft Teams meetings, as well as formal onsite Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
-Ensure all communications, deliverables, and operational activities remain aligned with Sage brand standards and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
-Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.
-Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive client and stakeholder experience.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence presenting and facilitating discussions in virtual and in-person environments.
-Foundational understanding of Finance processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and sourcing/procurement practices.
-Experience managing or supporting projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
-Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
-Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
-Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite required.
