  • Support enterprise-level integrations with a focus on performance.
  • Monitor application metrics and manage incident responses effectively.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.

Strong experience with TIBCO EMS including queues, topics, bridges, connections, and messaging configurations.

Strong experience with IBM MQ / WebSphere MQ.

Experience developing and supporting TIBCO BW processes and integrations.

Good understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, and data transformation.

Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services.

Strong understanding of JMS and messaging concepts.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Experience with Git / SVN or other source-code management tools.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum or enterprise delivery environments

Experience with Git, SVN, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.

Exposure to automated build and deployment processes.

Experience working with Unix/Linux environments.

Knowledge of shell scripting is desirable.

Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes or cloud platforms is an advantage.

Experience supporting business-critical enterprise integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Experience handling P1/P2 production incidents.

Understanding of application monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.

Experience working in an ITIL-based production support environment is desirable
