DescriptionWe're looking for a Technology Alliance Manager to own our Americas technology partner go-to-market, in support of Silverfort's Identity Security Alliance (ISA) Partner Program. You'll build strong relationships with our sales teams and key technology partners like Microsoft, Yubico, and SentinelOne, developing an in-depth understanding of each partner's business and what drives their success, and representing those partners internally across sales, marketing, and ecosystem engineering.
This person should have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, plus a track record of partner advocacy and co-selling in high-growth enterprise software environments. We're looking for someone who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving measurable, partner-sourced growth.
Responsibilities- Execute Silverfort's strategy with key technology partners, including joint business plans, solution blueprints, and co-sell initiatives
- Co-develop joint go-to-market messaging and value propositions with partners
- Work with the sales organization to identify, enable, and drive key joint opportunities and the co-sell motion
- Coordinate and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with Silverfort's sales team
- Support partner events and conference presence across the Americas region
Requirements- 2+ years of experience building partner or customer relationships, preferably in cybersecurity
- Experience selling with or at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Ability to articulate joint value propositions and use cases, and manage initiatives from incubation through scale
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Revenue-oriented, with a clear understanding of how to reach financial goals
- Strong intellectual curiosity and enjoys solving problems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the Americas for partner events and conferences (approximately 20%)
Preferred- Experience working within a formal technology partner program (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud partner network)
- Familiarity with identity security, IAM, or adjacent cybersecurity domains
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and co-sell pipeline tracking
