How you'll make an impact in this role- Architect and design scalable technology solutions using established design patterns and frameworks to align IT capabilities with organizational needs.
- Translate complex business and end-user requirements into actionable technical designs across server, networking, and application environments.
- Guide technical teams through full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases to ensure seamless handoffs and reliable platform deployments.
- Evaluate cross-system interdependencies and perform root-cause analysis on complex technical bottlenecks to protect operational business continuity.
- Partner with project leads and enterprise architecture teams to define security standards and introduce innovative, high-ROI technology solutions.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, solution design, or software architecture within an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical blueprints across full SDLC phases and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of applicable IT experience.
