Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across
backend and frontend technologies, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native development.
The role requires strong technical leadership along with hands-on development. The candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams while providing technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.
Day to Day Job Duties- Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end full-stack applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET/.NET Core and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding, development, and engineering standards.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack application development and enterprise software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- 2+ years of experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD-based application delivery.
Nice to Have- Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Microservices and distributed application architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-streaming technologies.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with automated unit, integration, and API testing.
- Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other enterprise environments.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for US-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $117,600-$156,800. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
