Location: Location: Westlake, TX Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support application modernization initiatives within Workplace Solutions technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements analysis, business process documentation, application assessment, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role will focus on analyzing existing WebSphere-based applications, identifying modernization opportunities, documenting business and technical requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams to support transformation programs.   • Perform detailed analysis of existing WebSphere-based applications, integrations, business processes, and technical dependencies.
  • Evaluate current-state systems and support modernization planning efforts.
  • Gather, document, validate, and prioritize:
    • Business requirements
    • Functional requirements
    • Technical requirements
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.
Application Modernization
  • Create and maintain:
    • Current-state process flows
    • Future-state process flows
    • Application inventories
    • Technical specifications
    • Gap analyses
    • Dependency assessments
  • Conduct application impact assessments.
  • Identify:
    • Migration risks
    • Assumptions
    • Dependencies
    • Modernization opportunities
Requirements Management
  • Translate business requirements into:
    • User stories
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Technical specifications
    • Implementation-ready requirements
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by delivery teams.
Program & Delivery Support
  • Support modernization programs through:
    • Release planning
    • Backlog management
    • Documentation governance
    • Change management
  • Partner with development and quality engineering teams to validate delivered functionality and clarify requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate:
    • Requirements workshops
    • Stakeholder discussions

Governance & Reporting

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $75000 - 100000 / per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
