Portfolio Manager (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to oversee and manage multiple information technology projects in financial services or other business domains. Responsible for providing project, technical, and functional oversight across the full application development life cycle, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation of customized business systems. Establish project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain client relationships and interact regularly with senior management regarding project status, risks, and deliverables. Collaborate with leadership on risk analysis, budgeting, and quality assurance activities. Lead and coordinate internal and external software development teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards and delivery timelines. Oversee quality control and performance throughout the project life cycle.

Job Specifications:

Must have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus three (3) years of consulting or business analysis experience in IT field, including two (2) years of project, technical, or functional management experience. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate consulting or business analysis experience in IT field, including two (2) years of project, technical, or functional management experience. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with the following: Jenkins, MuleSoft, and Salesforce CRM. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required. Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $202,779.00 - $230,790.00

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may vary but will not be less than of the posted range minimum and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
