Job Description

The Senior Manager, Pricing, Contracting, & Deal Desk Solutions leads pricing strategy, offer development, contract performance management, and commercial price discipline across disposable, capital, and service portfolios. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, National Accounts, Finance, Legal, IT, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Support to develop pricing and contracting strategies that support growth, profitability, customer retention, and new customer acquisition.

This leader manages and develops a team of pricing and contract performance professionals, establishes governance processes such as the Pricing Committee, builds performance dashboards and KPIs, and uses internal and external data to guide pricing actions. The role also provides deal desk expertise to the sales organization, supports new product launch pricing, monitors market and business conditions, and serves as the primary liaison with third-party financial partners.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $124,700 to $207,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
