About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system administration tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans
Requirements:- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or similar
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
