About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Mississauga, ON! Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within the ServiceNow environment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans
Requirements:- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on platform configuration and scripting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is a strong asset
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
