Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Austin, TX. In this role, you will lead and carry out the full recruitment lifecycle serving as a trusted talent partner to the business. You will support hiring across a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles, partnering with leaders to attract exceptional talent that drives Arm's innovation, growth, and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, refine role requirements, and develop recruitment strategies that support Arm's growth and strategic objectives.
  • Operate with confidence and authority, influencing hiring decisions and providing actionable market insights, talent intelligence, and confident process guidance until each job is filled with the best available talent.
  • Build solid relationships across all levels of the organization and collaborate with internal partners to support hiring goals and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Own and develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-quality active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, social media, networking, and talent communities.
  • Deliver strong candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes keeping speed, quality, and diversity in focus.
  • Uphold an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, process guidance and emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Arm leaders and the full People team to craft market-leading offers and competently guide offer discussions.
  • Maintain accurate data, lead requisitions well, review pipelines, and provide regular data-driven updates and insights to decision-makers.
  • Build Arm's network for future hiring needs across a broad range of functions, anticipating evolving talent trends and market conditions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing Arm at industry events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and through partnership with Recruitment Marketing on branding and social media mediums plans.

Salary Range:

$132,600-$179,400 per year
