What you’ll be doing

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Platforms & Insights reports to the Chapter Lead of Digital Platforms & Operations and helps the organization understand how clients engage with its digital experiences. Working with Product, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology teams, you will support the collection, measurement, and interpretation of digital data to inform business decisions, improve client experiences, and track performance against key objectives. You will contribute to the configuration, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and governance of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, while helping define business requirements, use cases, KPIs, and measurement approaches. You will also build reports and dashboards, identify meaningful trends, communicate insights, and translate business needs into practical analytics solutions that support continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

How you’ll succeed

  • Technical delivery and platform implementation - Support the configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions. Assist with data layer and tagging specifications, dimensions, metrics, events, data views, and connections; validate data flows; investigate issues; and support release readiness across web and mobile experiences.

  • Technical standards, quality, and governance - Follow established implementation patterns, platform guardrails, privacy requirements, and data quality controls. Maintain documentation, support production monitoring and issue investigation, and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and platform reliability.

  • Functional consulting and use case definition - Work with Product, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document requirements, support the definition of analytics use cases and KPIs, and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks.

  • Insights, optimization, and stakeholder partnership - Build and maintain dashboards and reports, analyze digital journey and product performance, and summarize findings into clear observations and recommendations. Participate in workshops, testing, sign-off, and delivery discussions while keeping partners informed of progress, issues, and dependencies.

  • Learning and team contribution - Build working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, apply team standards and best practices, share learnings, and seek guidance when resolving business, process, and technical challenges.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • You have up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related field. Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics through work experience, internships, coursework, or certifications is an asset.

  • You have a foundational understanding of web or mobile analytics, data layers, tagging and tracking, dimensions, metrics, events, dashboards, testing, and data validation, with an interest in developing deeper technical expertise.

  • You have experience with modern data platforms. You’re proficient in JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R is an asset. You are comfortable learning from technical documentation, data mappings, and implementation specifications.

  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills. You can support requirements discussions, document use cases and KPIs, contribute to backlog refinement, and connect business objectives to analytics tasks.

  • You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You communicate detailed information in a meaningful way.

  • You're a problem solver. You have exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills with demonstrated ability to independently identify and analyze business and technical problems and recommend solutions.
