The roleAs a
Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building and operating our cloud-based data platform. You will develop robust data pipelines for ingestion and processing, optimize data models and SQL queries, and ensure our AI applications scale reliably to support a rapidly growing fleet of remote cameras. You will design secure network architectures between cloud platforms and remote IoT devices.
Qualifications- 5+ years of backend development experience in Python or Go
- 5+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment (AWS, Docker)
- Experience with cloud networking and security - VPC, DNS, VPN, PKI
- Provision compute resources, scaling and optimization
- Strong software engineering skills; knowledge of best practices, testing, and deployment
Bonus Qualifications- Experience designing and operating distributed systems
- Strong data analytics & modeling & ML skills
- Experience in managing IoT devices

$140,000 - $170,000 a year
