The Trust and Governance engineering team specializes in crafting services and features directly into the product that build and retain customer trust. We develop core services around data governance, access control, encryption, consent and similar capabilities in large-scale platforms.
What you'll Do- Develop and implement high-quality software solutions that meet strict performance and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best approaches for product development and successfully implement innovative features.
- Conduct detailed testing and debugging to ensure flawless functionality and efficient user experiences.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and incorporate standard methodologies into your work.
- Work on a new platform and the foundation for Adobe's next evolution.
- Collaborate on the architecture and design for platform initiatives.
- Work closely with your team to build and support performant microservices.
- Work with other technical and product leaders to craft the product and technical vision.
- Grow your technical skills in cloud services, distributed systems, and data governance.
What you need to succeed- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or 5 years of practical experience
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality software products.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Established track record of building strong technology solutions within a business environment.
- 5 years+ experience developing distributed systems.
- Expertise in supporting large-scale data systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team using Agile practices to quickly develop and deploy services.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
