As aSenior Software Engineer on the Customer Platform team, you will build modern, scalable web platforms that power customer-facing experiences and accelerate global commerce.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering highly performant, resilient systems that enable seamless customer interactions across our digital ecosystem. If you enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems, collaborating with talented engineers, and contributing to next-generation AI-driven platforms, this is the opportunity for you.
In this role, you will partner closely with product managers and engineering leaders to design, estimate, and deliver complex solutions. You will also mentor engineers and continuously improve engineering practices across the organization.
Additionally, you will contribute to ourLean AI Engineering initiative, where teams build intelligent, context-aware systems thatleverageAI, automation, and streamlined architectures to empower our peopleand deliver faster customer value.
Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Compensation Range
$113,000.00 - $254,200.00
The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
