Summary:

We're hiring a Partner Account Manager to join our Channel team, based in Canada and supporting US partners.You're a strategic relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record in sales, ready to manage a portfolio of partners and a pipeline of incoming leads from our partner network.

Our Channel team partners with organizations that extend Clio's reach, create customer value, and drive mutual growth. As a Partner Account Manager, you'll develop and grow these strategic relationships to increase partner engagement, sourced revenue, and long term business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Partner Activation and Growth: Own a portfolio of channel partners, driving activation and growth across your book of business.
  • Relationship Ownership: Build strategic relationships with key channel partners and become the trusted advisor on their business and where Clio fits.
  • Deal Sourcing and Co-Sell: Source and close long-term, high-impact partnership agreements, and own the co-sell motion with your AE partners to drive shared pipeline.
  • Enablement: Run partner enablement programs and represent Clio's product vision and roadmap to partners and internal teams.
  • Modern Tooling: Use AI tools, including Claude, as part of your daily workflow.
  • Field Presence:Represent Clio at conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings.

What You Bring
  • 3 to 5 years working with Channel partners, ideally at a mid-market software company.
  • Experience with partners across different geographies and time zones.
  • Ability to proactively identify partner challenges and advocate for solutions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and an excellent written and verbal communicator.

Bonus Points
  • A network of partners suited to Clio's Channel Program.
  • A background in the legal industry, or experience in legal tech.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Google Workspace.

The expected salary range* for this role is $99,300 to $116,900 to $134,500 CAD.There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. The expected new hire variable range for this role is $42,600 to $50,100 to $57,600 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped..

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
