Senior Manager II (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple information technology projects. Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery methodologies, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, and integration teams, to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Ensure system updates, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments are planned and executed according to approved project plans. Monitor issue resolution, incident management, and post-go-live support activities to maintain system stability and client satisfaction. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, design approvals, test strategies, and deployment plans, using standard project management tools and processes. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Job Specification
Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, Information Technology, or related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience using one of the following skill sets:
Salesforce, AWS, and MuleSoft;SAP S4 HANA, HPQC, and SAP ECC; ORCOBOL, JCL, and DB2.
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus three (3) years of IT experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required. Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $89,856.00 - $230,790.00.
