Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant to join our Workday practice. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making across HR and business functions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical resources to translate reporting requirements into scalable Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Calculated Fields, and workforce analytics, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes. Focus must be provided on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. Develop your knowledge in a business andoror industry domain and a Saas or Package Based solution. One can contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Module. Application Consultant is responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, andoror be responsible for the design and delivery of end user training. Certification: Certification on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology, as available
Your Role - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics deliverables.
- Develop Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Trend, and custom Workday reports.
- Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data sources, datasets, transformations, pipelines, and dashboards.Blend Workday and external data sources to support workforce planning, operational reporting, and business analytics.
- Create and maintain complex Workday Calculated Fields.
- Assess impacts of Workday releases and execute regression testing activities.Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain functional, technical, and reporting documentation.Follow Workday reporting, security, governance, and best practice standards.
Your Skills and Experience - Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
- 2+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and related functional domains.
- Strong experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday reports and dashboards.
- Expertise in Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Trend Reporting.
- Experience building and supporting Prism Analytics datasets, data pipelines, and transformations.
- Advanced proficiency creating and modifying complex Calculated Fields.
- Knowledge of Workday security configuration, reporting frameworks, and business processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and developing functional/design documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Workday Prism Analytics Certification. (preferred)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911- $195,199
