We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager, ERP Delivery Lead to lead complex ERP transformation programs and strategic client engagements. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and team performance. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, manage senior client relationships, and ensure disciplined execution from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.
What you'll do- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale ERP implementations and transformation programs from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.
- Own delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource management, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, business leaders, and project stakeholders.
- Lead governance forums, executive steering committees, and delivery reviews, providing transparent reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Manage complex delivery environments involving multiple workstreams, vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams.
- Manage complex delivery challenges, including scope negotiations, issue escalation, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and project recovery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely decision-making.
- Partner with sales and solutioning teams to assess deliverability, shape opportunities, and support growth within strategic accounts.
- Mentor and coach Delivery Managers and project leaders, fostering a high-performance delivery culture.

QualificationsAbout You- 10+ years of experience leading ERP, enterprise application, or large-scale technology transformation programs in consulting environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, data, testing, and change management disciplines.
- ERP implementation experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
