Role Description

The Senior Analyst/ Associate, Marketing and Communications, will serve as an operational partner to the marketing team (focussing on Americas), in the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen LaSalle's market positioning and support commercial growth across the region. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the full marketing and communications mix-from flagship investor events and industry engagement to content development, stakeholder communications, and digital activation.

You will work collaboratively across functions-within marketing, investor relations, product teams, and senior leadership-to ensure seamless execution of regional marketing priorities. This is a highly visible role that will play an instrumental role in strengthening LaSalle's platform to market with consistency and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy and Execution
  • Support planning, coordination, and on-site delivery for LaSalle's flagship regional investor event, held annually, ensuring flawless execution across all logistical, creative, and stakeholder engagement touchpoints.
  • Support planning and execution across the events calendar, including industry association engagement, conference sponsorships, and client-facing events, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication from initial planning through post-event follow-up.


Content Development and Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Content Lead on planning and support the development, drafting, and review of marketing materials across digital and offline channels, including web content, email campaigns, social media assets, and printed collateral.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all materials align with approved messaging frameworks, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.


Compliance and Governance
  • Track and manage compliance approvals for all marketing materials, ensuring timely sign-off and adherence to regulatory standards before use or distribution.


Communications
  • Coordinate public relations activity in partnership with external agencies, supporting media interview preparation, spokesperson positioning, and press coverage amplification.
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications that align teams around regional priorities, product launches, and market narratives.
  • Support advocacy efforts that enable internal stakeholders to represent the Americas market consistently and confidently.


Social Media Management
  • Draft and schedule social media content across LaSalle's platforms to showcase regional presence, primarily LinkedIn, bringing events, thought leadership, research insights, and press coverage to life online.
  • Monitor regional social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizing reach, engagement, and message pull-through.


Technology and Efficiency
  • Leverage approved AI tools (e.g., JLL GPT, Claude) to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across content creation, editing, and workflow optimization.
  • Utilize enterprise project management systems (e.g., WorkFront) and marketing technology platforms to support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across marketing initiatives.


Skills & Experience
  • 2-+ years relevant experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content across diverse formats and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, investor relations, and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of brand messaging, tone of voice, and editorial standards, with the ability to ensure consistency across all content and communications.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Experience/ interest in using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve content quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

80,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
