Full Job Description
Bounteous is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist with a focus on executing and optimizing our global ABM programs. This role is critical to ensuring our account-focused campaigns run smoothly, stay aligned with sales, and drive measurable engagement and pipeline impact across priority accounts.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information


Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel ABM campaigns aligned to priority accounts, buying groups, and growth objectives
  • Partner closely with sales and field marketing to align on account selection, campaign timing, and activation plans
  • Design and run 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs using personalized digital, content, and paid tactics
  • Translate sales insights, intent signals, and performance data into targeted messaging and campaign adjustments
  • Coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and execution with internal teams and agency partners
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across social, search, display, and intent-based platforms
  • Ensure digital ABM efforts are well coordinated with offline field and event initiatives
  • Maintain accurate account lists and segmentation using firmographic, technographic, and intent data
  • Monitor account-level engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence through dashboards and reporting
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs with the latest AI tools and update workflows to improve performance and ROI
  • Support and mentor one team member while remaining deeply involved in execution


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation or account-based marketing
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT, among other AI tools
  • Solid understanding of B2B buying groups and complex sales cycles

$85,000 - $95,000 a year

Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
