Full Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support the Client Services discipline nationally in Canadanationally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining client relationship to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Primary point of contact for client, responding promptly to client inquiries
  • Supports business growth through identifying new opportunities and cross-selling of services
  • Participates in client meetings as required (ie/performance reviews/stewardship etc..)
  • Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needs
  • Assists with the development of Stewardship reports & Loss Runs as needed
  • Preparation of client communication as required to internal staff
  • Assists with the assembly of contracts, proposals, presentations and Client Service Instructions
  • Maintain necessary client documents in TheCurrent
  • Assist in CAT events
  • Coordinate completion of client reports as required
  • Key contact for inquiries with respect to AR
  • Update/maintain client rates
  • Request client code set up
  • Request system access for clients
  • Coordinate training as required by client internally with operations
  • Attend industry functions as deemed necessary


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).


QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
  • Applicable Adjuster Licensing


Experience
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience, preferably (10) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required


Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of insurance, claims or business management
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation Information:

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 CAD Annual

This position is full-time and compensation is salaried.

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Sedgwick is committed to transparent and equitable pay practices.
