The home Store Manager will be responsible for the SMIT's training and development to allow for a seamless transition. The SMIT reports to the District Manager with a dotted line responsibility to the home Store Manager.
Provide system administration including, but not limited to, monitoring and auditing systems, researching and resolving problems, performed scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Create and maintain financial models focused on forecasting of all revenue and expense line items, performing monthly variance analysis, developing business cases, investment/ROI summaries and completing ad hoc analysis as needed.
Own and evolve the native mobile technology architecture. Success in this area means making the right decisions that are both what's best for the long-term health of our applications and what's best for the customer.
Collaborate closely across the Product team with senior leaders from optimization, loyalty, and personalization product teams to align initiatives and deliver a complete journey and digital shopping experience that works across devices & channels.
