How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead daily operations and care coordination for the Radiology Department to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.
  • Manage diagnostic imaging team performance, scheduling, and staff relations to foster a highly collaborative, productive interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, supply metrics, and financial variances to optimize operational performance as a dedicated Radiology Manager.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, and federal regulations to maintain the highest safety and clinical documentation standards.
  • Assess quality improvement initiatives across multiple imaging departments to elevate patient outcomes and streamline electronic health records workflows.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained
      prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered
      Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Registered Vascular Specialist, Registered Cardiac
      Sonographer, Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer also
      accepted.
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
      obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certified Nuclear Med Technologist, Non-Certified
      Radiologic Technician, Computed Tomography also accepted. Texas Medical Board Medical Radiologic
      Technologist General Certificate is required in addition to Nuclear Med Technology Certification
      Board.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of
      Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. CI, VI, M, CT, MR,
      NM, S, VS also accepted. Texas Medical Board (TMB) Medical Radiologic Technologist General
      Certificate (TMB-GMR) is required if ARRT credential is in R, CI, VI, M, CT or NM.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
      (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
    • Sonography Tech credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
      obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
    • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
      (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
