Salary: $125,689.26 - $170,049.54 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Engineering Leadership & Architecture Alignment: Direct a multi-disciplinary team of senior engineers across WAN/SD-WAN, route/switch, network security, wireless, application delivery (ADC/LADC), and Infoblox DDI, translating enterprise architectural roadmaps into scalable operational delivery.
  • Mission-Critical SLA & Availability Management: Maintain high availability across hybrid-cloud and data center networks, serving as the ultimate technical escalation point for critical incidents, root-cause analysis (RCA), and continuous operational remediation.
  • Operational Execution & KPI Optimization: Establish standardized workflows, change-management protocols, and metrics tracking to ensure rigorous compliance with operational SLAs, milestone delivery, and high-performance infrastructure execution.
  • Lifecycle & Vendor Governance: Direct end-to-end network initiative lifecycles, lifecycle management, and third-party vendor performance, enforcing strict accountable delivery timelines and operational standards.
  • Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Spearhead process improvement initiatives, automation readiness, and infrastructural hygiene to minimize operational complexity and raise team technical maturity.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Advanced Enterprise Certifications: Active Cisco CCIE (Routing/Switching or Enterprise Core) or equivalent tier-1 vendor credentials (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 CSE).
  • Infrastructure Automation Exposure: Experience driving team integration of network automation tools and frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform) into legacy route/switch and DDI environments.
  • Cloud Networking Management: Demonstrated experience overseeing hybrid-cloud connectivity architectures across major cloud platforms (AWS DirectConnect, Azure ExpressRoute).
