How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead strategic forecasting and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and actionable insights for hospital leadership.
- Drive business performance improvement by analyzing key metrics and engaging with the revenue cycle to optimize financial outcomes.
- Oversee comprehensive capital management and business-case analysis for new service lines and equipment investments.
- Conduct rigorous discretionary expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage labor productivity and staffing analysis to align financial targets with clinical operational requirements.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
- At least 2 years leadership/management experience.
