Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and integrating cross-functional IT tasks to ensure quality project deliverables on schedule. You will work directly with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain schedules, update tracking tools, and facilitate project alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional IT tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule project meetings, record key discussions, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Monitor and track project documentation, deliverables, and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
- Send timely follow-ups to ensure project action items and activities are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers and business teams to document project scope and high-level requirements.
- Assist across project phases, including requirement gathering, design discussions, application development tracking, testing, training, and roll-out schedules.
- Maintain current project status, resource forecasts, and schedules in reporting tools; keep stakeholders informed through regular status reports.
- Develop communication assets, including email updates, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Help manage client expectations, report on retrospectives/lessons learned, and foster collaborative team relationships.
Required Qualifications- Project Management Experience: 3+ years of verifiable experience managing IT or business projects.
- Large-Scale Programs: 3+ years of experience working on large-scale program implementations.
- Workday ERP: 1+ years of experience working with Workday ERP systems.
- Tools & Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Asana.
- Location: Must be local to Metro Atlanta, GA, and available for periodic on-site meetings.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience implementing business processes within a state or local government organization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
