What the role offersAs a Principal Software Developer, you will:- Translate domain expertise into value for the product, business unit, and customers.
- Define and deliver large-scale projects, expertly balancing multiple constraints and gaining trust.
- Create technical solutions that harmonize with and address competing customer goals.
- Identify and course-correct when the current path does not effectively serve customer needs.
- Play a key role in setting longer-term strategy for business projects, with a view extending beyond the immediate horizon.
- Lead in ensuring the quality of the team's technical work, from code to software designs, while raising the skill level of less experienced members.
- Possess 12-15 years of previous professional experience.
