Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team where you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that materials required to support our business are delivered on time and to the correct locations consistently. Your role will be pivotal in managing the flow of materials, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • You will manage ERP compliance by owning and maintaining relevant parameters in line with policies and practices.
  • You will oversee the assigned group of components and address relevant exception messages from MRP runs.
  • You will ensure effective management of all inventories owned, including auditing associated parts and materials at outside points.
  • You will secure commitment acceptance as necessary from Capacity Owners, Buyers, MRP Controllers, Parts Controllers, Master Schedulers, and CAMs.
  • You will monitor and ensure adherence to delivery schedules, coordinating all activities to achieve successful new parts introduction.
  • You will escalate unresolved issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain operational flow.
What You Bring
  • Up to 2 or more years of experience.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills combined with good computer proficiency.
  • Have experience with SAP and are comfortable working with data and schedules.
  • Thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate creativity and persistence to drive results effectively.
