Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Master Production Scheduling, Production Control, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, and supply chain operations in a manufacturing context.
• Proficient in data analysis and decision-making using analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple departments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) tools is essential.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving results independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production schedule based on forecasts and customer requests.
• Ensure delivery schedules are aligned with production requirements and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Highlight and report any issues related to delays or inventory shortages to management.
• Coordinate with operations and production control teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Utilize forecasting methods to manage high-volume product contracts effectively.
• Facilitate daily meetings to provide updates on material status and shipment dates.
• Maintain oversight of inventory levels to support production and sales initiatives.
