Full Job Description
Purpose of the position Formulate and implement production and material plans, ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory and production efficiency, and support the smooth operation of the supply chain and manufacturing process.
Duties and Responsibilities This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to optimize production schedules, minimize material shortages, and maintain high levels of operational efficiency. 1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the production planning. 2. Create and send production related report to customer in different frequency, such as FG Input/Output, ramp capacity plan etc. 3. Based on the latest MPS/APR, make an appropriate build plan, including MPN, Qty, priority, etc. 4. Handle production abnormal, such as material shortage, business impact due to quality onhold, line down issue, etc. 5. Follow up the production status and make sure packout timely to ensure on-time delivery. 6. Reminder release PO based on build plan or shipping plan. 7. Coordinate with internal team to meet customer special request. 8. Internal & external meeting holder.
Education and work experience Degree required: bachelor's degree or above. Experience in production planning /PMC in manufacturing industry is preferred.
