Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

This position is being added to ensure business continuity for the crane less (Liftra) heavy lift program, a key initiative for reducing operational costs and improving project efficiency. The program leverages specialized equipment to execute heavy lift jobs, aiming to lower mobilization and weather-related expenses, maximize the return on CAPEX investments, and reduce overall OPEX. To achieve these objectives, this senior project management role will focus on three core areas: comprehensive program and financial management, technical and safety oversight of crane less operations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement. This structure ensures dedicated leadership for the program's strategic, operational, and financial success. Given the focus on specialized heavy lift technology and financial performance, the ideal candidate has extensive experience in technical project management, preferably within the wind energy sector. The role requires proven expertise in managing large, complex projects, overseeing budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), implementing safety and quality protocols, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive program plan for all craneless heavy lift jobs, including detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Track program performance against financial targets, focusing on maximizing ROI for CAPEX investments and reducing OPEX.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies for all craneless projects, ensuring adherence to project milestones and budgets.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports on program progress, financial performance, and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Oversee the tactical planning and execution of craneless heavy lift jobs, ensuring compliance with all company and industry safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with support functions to manage the program's specialized equipment, tooling, and compliance with technician training programs to ensure operational readiness and competency.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and technicians on craneless procedures and troubleshooting complex operational issues.
  • Implement and monitor enhanced safety and quality measures to drive towards zero-incident job execution and high success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal support departments, including Engineering, Logistics, and EHS, to streamline processes and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead and implement Lean and Reliability & Optimization (R&O) initiatives within the craneless program to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regrading the craneless program, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
  • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals involved in the program, delegating tasks as appropriate.
What You Bring

  • Significant applicability in the job experience and training can substitute for formal education requirements.
