  • Validate system outputs against real world constraints including material availability, warehouse capacity, and project requirements
  • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Configuration Control to ensure alignment of demand, BOMs, schedules, and priorities
  • Act as the central point of coordination for schedule changes, material constraints, and execution risks
  • Ensure project priorities are accurately reflected in production schedules and material planning
  • Drive communication across departments to ensure priorities are clear, consistent, and executable
  • Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules across all sites
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, material staging, and timely material movement to support production
  • Partner with Project Management to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines driven by material or scheduling constraints
  • Monitor shortages and drive proactive resolutions to prevent production and project delays
  • Track and report key metrics including schedule adherence, material readiness, and on time delivery to project milestones
  • Identify gaps in planning, scheduling, warehouse coordination, and execution processes and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve system utilization
  • Support execution during peak workloads or critical shortages as needed
  • Provide escalation support for site level planning, scheduling, warehouse, and project related issues
  • Any other duties assigned by TAS
