Overview:Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
MacOS QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in
automation framework development, web browser testing, and Mac ecosystem validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable automation frameworks and testing browser-based workflows across Mac environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and MacOS applications
- Automate browser-based workflows across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
- Create and execute automated test cases using modern tools and frameworks
- Break down complex workflows into modular automation test scenarios
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Python, Swift, XCTests, and Selenium
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for web browsers on MacOS
- Build test reporting dashboards and ensure proper result tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Ensure high standards of test coverage, performance, and reliability
Required / Must-Have Skills- 8-10 years of experience in Software QA Automation
- Strong experience in MacOS testing / Mac environment
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- Swift (iOS/macOS)
- XCTest framework
- Selenium WebDriver
- Experience testing web browsers and web-based applications
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5, CSS
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
