HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the senior leadership teams of JD's logistics division. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering talent development, and establishing a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs in Atlanta-based logistics and regional distribution operations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with federal and Georgia state regulations.
- Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
- Compliance & Benefits: Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Georgia employment laws and federal Department of Labor (DOL) standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
- Culture Building: Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to strengthen JD's work culture.
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume distribution centers preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including the unique operational challenges of the Atlanta transportation hub.
- Core Competencies: Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Legal Expertise: Familiarity with U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and Georgia-specific workplace regulations.
