Full Job Description
This is a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) role based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

Your Role:

As a Sr Human Resources Business Partner for our Global Corporate Operations and Engineering Teams, you will be a strategic partner to approximately 100 professionals, including five executive leaders across Global Transportation, Supply Chain Engineering, Global Sourcing, Trade Compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sectors. Your role is pivotal in fostering organizational development and workforce engagement to meet current and forthcoming business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business executives and management teams to develop and execute human resources strategies that support innovative organizational capability and enhance workforce engagement.
  • Drive initiatives that align with corporate objectives, implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering credible and timely counsel in the areas of organizational design, team building, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption and implementation of organizational changes at various levels.
  • Innovate HR systems and processes to align talent management and leadership practices with company goals.
  • Leverage data analytics and technology tools to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and connect with the workforce.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR professional experience, with at least 5 years within a large corporate environment.
  • Previous experience supporting engineering and operations is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects effectively.


Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
  • Strong capability for effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
