In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling seamless project execution across the entire project lifecycle-from setup through to closeout. Operating within established operational guidelines, you will be accountable for cost tracking, purchase order (PO) management, vendor coordination, and accurate monthly financial reporting. You will act as a key liaison connecting Construction Managers, Project Managers, Supply Chain, and field teams. As a fully qualified coordinator, you may also be tasked with providing oversight, guidance, and quality review for the work products of junior project coordination staff. Key Responsibilities PO & Financial Management: Manage purchase orders, track project commitments and expenditures, process vendor invoices, and ensure strict alignment with project budgets and forecasts.
