What you'll be doing

As a Sr. Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing improvements that enhance client experience, drive operational efficiencies, and mitigate fraud losses. You'll quantify fraud risk exposures and evaluate strategies for loss prevention and mitigation. Supporting new initiatives from risk identification through solution planning and implementation, you'll ensure strategic projects are executed effectively. As a key member of cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Analytics, and Operations, you'll help deliver initiatives that shape the future of banking at CIBC.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
