The Role

We are seeking an IAM Product Manager to join Information Security's Identity Access Management Team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, to understand and consolidate organizational security requirement; deliver next generation security products through large-scale transformation; maintain a shared product framework including strategy, roadmap, budgeting, and processes in collaborate with business partners, engineering, architecture, operation, and control function teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Define and manage the Product Management function for CIAM services, which puts structure around work intake prioritization, business requirement definition, architectural assessments, and partnership with Engineering functions for delivery
  • Define the overall roadmap and strategy surrounding the IAM platforms which service the enterprise and consumer facing channels.
  • Partner with global business channels, fraud technology teams, and other key stakeholders to align on critical features and enhancements which are required to be addressed in product roadmap
  • Establish feedback loop with key stakeholders (customers or workforce) to ensure deliverables and features align with business requirements and defined KPIs regarding user adoption
  • Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model.
  • Ensure continued focus and expertise on industry trends, new IAM capabilities, and advancements in fraud protection for both short and long-term product strategy.
  • Report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach
  • Facilitate communication on roadmap progress with management level stakeholders and clients
  • Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements
  • Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions
  • Strong understanding in Product Delivery Lifecycles and ability to deliver complex projects
  • Understand and define the business objectives, clearly outline the problems, and risks it's solving.


What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
  • 7+ years' experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
  • 4+ years' experience in Information Security or Information Technology
  • 4+ years working with IAM platforms
  • Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization
  • Experience in working with complex processes
  • Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing priorities


Nice to Haves:
  • Knowledge of project finance or previous experience working within Banking Sector.
  • Experience of preparation of presentation decks and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) in relation to deployment of IAM services
