Contributes to the overall success of the Information Technology & Solutions (IT&S) globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are always compliant with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and others based on business needs.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP web services.
• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner honoring the allocated budget and timelines.
• Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.
• Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to provide efficient solutions.
• Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design; performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
• Taking part in cross training with peers on different aspects of development.
• Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
• Champions a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

• Good communication skills.
• Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to do research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
