- Monitor compliance with training requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree desirable).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.

- Bi-Lingual - Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
