• Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, retirement, and compensation plans.
• Facilitate employee and managerial communications to boost morale.
• Advocate for fair and equitable treatment.
• Contribute to policy development and interpretation.
• Propose innovative procedures to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Monitor compliance with training requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate seamless new hire onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree desirable).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Compassion and confidentiality.
• Decision-making ability.
• Bi-Lingual - Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
