Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers or managing infrastructure operations within customer-owned or partner-managed data center facilities, including lifecycle management, hardware maintenance, RMA processes, and technical escalation management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: AI infrastructure deployment, data center facilities (power and cooling), or large-scale networking architecture.
  • Customer-facing migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills.


About the job

As an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) on the Google Enterprise Services team, you will support global organizations deploying and managing massive-scale infrastructure, with a specific focus on customers deploying specialized hardware within their own data center facilities. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between specialized hardware and enterprise software, guiding customers through both strategic and technical challenges to shape the future of large-scale distributed computing. This position requires regular engagement with stakeholders, including enterprise executives and a geographically distributed, cross-functional team.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Work with customer executives, technical leads, and partners to manage and deliver successful deployments becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
  • Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development. Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand customer's business, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure customer success, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
  • Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate adoption.
