As an ETF Product Development Intern, you'll play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco's ETF business. You'll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products.

What you'll do- Research & Analysis: Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.
- Competitive Insights: Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.
- Sales Support: Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.
- Reporting & Trend Analysis: Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
- Collaboration with Index Providers: Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
- Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

Minimum Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and a Junior graduating by summer of 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available
Preferred Qualifications• Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
The salary range for this position in Downers Grove IL is $39/hour. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
