Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Data Management

  • Initiate, execute, keep and refine ITC’s business intelligence program, consisting of a self-service reporting model via PowerBI, including complex reporting using Power Query, providing end-users with easy access to clients and fund level reporting and data.
  • Transform raw data into dynamic, interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and Power Query. Design, optimize, and maintain data models, tables, and secure data sharing within Snowflake for enterprise reporting.
  • Partner with ITC technical resources for planning, prioritization and execution of projects, application enhancements and other technology related initiatives
  • Implement and manage client experience enhancements related to client account portals.
  • Serve as the data and internal reporting owner for ITC and point of contact for internal parties, to refine ITC’s visibility across the firm.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ITC data, provide training and access to internal business partners to data, data-related tools and applications.
  • Facilitate technical conversations between internal and external vendors, manage project scope, resourcing, and requirements.
  • Mediate between ITC and technology departments, translating project requirements and aiding in creating sprints, epics, and stories in Confluence.
  • Serve as key point of contact for content management of non-structured data for ITC.
  • Support various teams in metric development, capture and visualization using technology.

Business Initiatives

In partnership with the head of ITC, develop and lead strategic business initiatives including current state analysis, future state recommendations, key stakeholder socialization, project plan development and execution and process documentation.

  • Analyze current workflows, recommend and develop enhanced workflow processes using technology, including AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Analyze current technologies and refine usage to enhance client experience, provide efficiencies and capture meaningful metrics to support business management.
  • Write and refine advanced AI prompts and LLM workflows to generate automated narrative summaries, auto-document DAX queries, and streamline ad-hoc stakeholder data requests.
  •       Represent team in firm-wide initiatives, as needed.

Work Experience / Knowledge: 

Financial services experience in fund or investment operations preferred

5+ years financial services industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Proven experience building and maintain collaborative working relationship with internal business partners to understand their needs.

Broad understanding of investment operations, thorough knowledge of institutional funds and clients, regulatory issues, systems and support procedures and controls.

  • Comfortable operating in the details and employing measurement through metrics.

 

Formal Education:
